Gap Inc. is the parent company to five distinct global apparel brands. But for a long time, each had its own unique internal style. We were tasked with bringing the same passion and pride employees felt for their own employer brands to the entire organization.
Collaboratively, we established a messaging and design direction that united the entire workforce at an enterprise level. It started by evolving an existing visual identity to create a comprehensive internal brand guideline document.
In addition to a style guide that served to inspire all communications, we built out a toolkit of assets, arming teams within each organization with templated collateral that brought cohesiveness to each office while complementing each unique brand style.
