Our Approach

To boost virtual event engagement, Ingenuity focused on a mobile-friendly user experience and a clear communication timeline to shift the event’s focus from presentation to conversation.
- Designing for Pro behavior: We crafted a multi-format agenda, ensuring segments were digestible for Pros on the move.
- Bringing the Pro voice forward: We made peer-driven storytelling central to the event—creating Pro Spotlight videos, day-in-the-life features, and the Pro Advisory Board panel to transform the summit into an authentic, shared community conversation.
- Live-only value: We prioritized live Q&A and peer-led panels to provide value that couldn’t be replicated on-demand, creating a genuine reason to show up live.
- Strategic event marketing: We shaped the promotional email messaging and cadence to give Pros a clear reason to show up live—emphasizing direct leadership dialogue and real-time networking that couldn’t be experienced on a recording.
