How Do Secure Employees Connect?

Our recent Employee Connections Study revealed a lot about the impact of connections on the employee experience. After analyzing results from the study’s 400-employee survey, we identified four distinct employee attitudinal segments that help explain how people connect at work.
One segment—the Secure Employees—represents the “super-connected.” As you’ll see in the infographic below, they are deeply connected to their work, team, and organization. As a result of these many connections, Secure Employees enjoy a rewarding employee experience.
